HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR SUCCESS?

Each Berkeley College graduate has worked hard to obtain their degree and move into a great job search and interviewing phase.  How do you SUCCEED?  Let’s spell out some helpful tips!!

S = SIMPLIFY your job search!  Insure you are sending your resumes to jobs you are qualified for and use leads that will assist you in getting the job of your dreams.

= UNSTOPPABLE in your quest to follow up on meaningful networking opportunities as well as insuring excellent cover and thank you letter strategies. 

= CONTROL your urge to slack off; stay focused and follow up daily on your job search!

= CAREER Goals should be researched and re-evaluated during the job search process. Sometimes opportunities related to your major might appear and should be pursued. 

= EVALUATE your weekly and monthly goals and progress against your original plans. Be prepared to make changes and be open- minded in your job quest. 

S = STAY focused and when you don’t hear back right away follow up again and insure you are doing your part as an applicant!

S = SUCCESS! You have landed a great job interview or you have been offered a terrific position.
    Congratulations!
