Thank You ... If you please!


Writing a thank you note after an employment interview is a must!

Here are a few Tips on creating a thank you letter:

1. Send out your thank you letters as soon as possible (no later than 3 days) after your interview
2. Keep your audience in mind - address the issues and concerns that were mentioned during the interview
3. View the thank you as a follow-up letter and restate why you want the job
4. Even if you do not want the job, still write a thank you note- its courteous! Thank the interviewer for taking the time out to interview you.
5. If in doubt about the correct names, spellings or titles call the office
6. Remember to proofread: check spelling, grammar, typos, etc.
